At PB Surrealism, we want to make sure you have the most enjoyable shopping experience. These are some FAQs to help you make a more informed decision before purchasing from PB Surrealism.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy on Original Art

Original art pieces are already finished and ready to be shipped inside of 1 business day. For domestic shipping in the United States, expect the order to be delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Policy on Prints

Small and Medium Mixed Media Prints (sizes between 8"x10" inches to 24"x36" inches) are already printed and ready to be shipped inside of 1 business day. Large Mixed Media Prints and Photography Prints will need to be taken to the printer and ready to be shipped inside of 3 business days. 

For domestic shipping in the United States, expect the order to be delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Policy on Merchandise

Merchandise is printed by 3rd party companies and will be sent directly from their facilities. US Print companies will ship merchandise between 3-5 business days. Print companies outside of the US will ship merchandise between 5-7 business days.

For domestic shipping in the United States, expect orders from US companies to be delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping. For domestic shipping in the United States, expect orders from companies outside the US to be delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping

Return Policy

Return Policy on Art

Art purchases worth $1,000+ or on an installment plan are final and nonrefundable. Art purchases that are less than $1,000 and paid in full must contact PB Surrealism at pbsurrealism@outlook.com and send back the art within 30 days of delivery. Once the art has been received, a refund will be issued within 1 business day.

Return Policy on Merchandise

Merchandise that has been damaged upon delivery can be refunded or replaced when you contact PB Surrealism at pbsurrealism@outlook.com with proof of damage within 30 days. Refunds on damaged merchandise will be sent within 1 business day. The manufacturer will not refund purchases made by mistake, wrong size, wrong color or change of mine.

General Questions

How do I see the Art in Augmented Reality?

Go to the shop and click on the product you want to view. Underneath the product, there should be a pink button that says "View In AR". Click on that button and you will be redirected to a virtual image of the art with a white background. On the upper right hand corner, there will be an icon that says "AR". Click the button and you will see the art in Augmented Reality. Not all products had the "View In AR" button. We are working hard to bring the functionality to all products in the store

Why is the art being shown on the Floor in AR?

We are currently moving over to a new AR database that will allow you to put art on the wall. Until then, we are currently using the AR database that doesn't have the capability to show on the wall. The updated capability will be fully available in June 2023

How do I pay Now and Buy Later?

When you checkout, you will be given the option to Pay now and Buy later through PayPal or Klarna. You must have an account with either one to use Pay Now and Buy Later.
